Willard Fox grew up on a farm near Louisiana, Missouri.  He attended Louisiana High School with the class of 1963.  He completed four years of apprenticeship to attain Journeyman status with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in 1967.  He currently lives in Kansas City, Missouri; with his wife, Debbie and their son, Eddie.  Willy and Debbie have three other married children and seven grandchildren.

Willy's sales career began in 1976 with his start in direct sales with Conklin Company.  Willy was District Sales Manager in 1977 and
was promoted in December 1977 to Area Sales Manager.  He received the “Man of the Year Award” for top sales and management in
1978, finishing first out of 10,000 sales associates.

From 1983 it 1985 he was Vice President of sales for the Wonderlife Corporation of Des Monies, Iowa where he was responsible for
sales and sales training for the company.

From 1985 to 1992, he was owner and operator of a multi-unit franchised pizza operation, beginning in Winterset, Iowa.

In 1989-90 he built a down line of several hundred in a new network marketing telecommunications company, and participated in that
company’s marketing effort until 1992.

From 1992 to 1994, he was Director of Franchise Development and Sales for Breadeaux Pizza of St. Joseph, Missouri.  From 1994 to
November of 1995 he operated his own pizza store at King City, Missouri.

In November of 1995, Willy joined Holz Marketing in helping to establish the Direct Delivery Services and Dine Out America Program
in Des Monies, Iowa, market.

In mid 1996, he launched his re-entry into network marketing by building an organization with a company called First Fitness located in
Dallas, Texas.

In mid 1998, the founders of a new start up company, Eniva, from North Minneapolis, Minnesota contacted Willy.  Eniva Corporation
had discovered the minerals we take today are to big to fit into our cells and we get very little out of the vitamins and minerals we take.
They developed a new technology of breaking the vitamins and minerals down to a size smaller than the human cell in a liquid form.
Therefore, the product is 100% available and consumable to the body.  Eniva Corporation is now almost 6 years old and Willy is a
National Director.  He has built a sales organization of 15,000 members from his Kansas City, based business.

Willy and Debbie, now President's club members, were named "Outstanding Performers of the Year 2002" for Eniva Corporation,
finishing first out of 30,000 sales associates.
