Artificial Turf at Hickman High School
The Columbia Public School Board has approved the installation of artificial turf on the football field so that the field
may be used for varsity and junior varsity football games; boys and girls soccer games; junior high football games;
band practice, performances and competitions; club sports, physical education classes, and community activities.
The cost of the new field will be shared by the district and private donations through Hickman High School.

Here are the figures:
               Field cost estimate    $525,000 - $600,000
               District pays                             $250,000
    Hickman High School Share $275,000 - $350,000
