Williams, 64, of Fulton, formerly of Columbia, passed away Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010. There will be no services. Carol was born Oct. 10, 1945, to Charles W. and Elinor Kathryn Rhea Libbee in St. Louis. Survivors include her mother, Kay Libbee; two sons, John Libbee and Joe Williams; and a daughter, Kate Williams.
