Chris Odor Wilde - 2003-07-06 On Wednesday, this week, a nurse asked my name and birthdate. Christina C. Wilde, December 15, 1945. I was trying to think of something witty to say next, when I woke up in another part of the hospital. How life passes us by if we aren’t careful! Like many of you who have been asked to sum up 58 years, it’s a challenge. As we strive to have faith, love, purity, truth and justice in our lives, the greatest of these is love. I have a husband who has stuck by me through thick and thin for 33 years, two loyal and giving daughters and a new son-in-law, filled with a joyous spirit. I continue to enjoy learning and teaching children, fifth grade for a while now. For fun I work evenings at our restored theatre where the air is filled with creative energy. We get back to Columbia at least twice a year for family gatherings. I would like to retire on Cliff Drive if I can pry Walt off his sailboat. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13
