Keith Drummond - 1963 BIO & Pictures from 40th Reunion
After graduating from Hickman and then the University of Missouri with a Masters in geology, I went to work for Chevron (Standard Oil company of California) in Bakersfield, California in 1969. After nine years with Chevron in California, my wife Linda and I moved to Denver, where I've worked in the oil and gas industry for the last 25 years. I started my own consulting company, Drummond Exploration Company, in 1982, and am currently active in natural gas exploration from my Denver office with another company in California, primarily in the Sacramento basin (no, the natural gas prices in California were not my doing).

I'm up to four grandsons, ages 5-10 (all four in Hallsville) and we managed to get all four of them together in our place in Winter Park this summer (talk about a sack of cats). As you can see from the picture, Linda and I love to bike tour (I just finished a Telluride to Moab mountain bike tour with my brother and some friends), and we love to ski at our place in Winter Park (Fraser).
After 25 years in Colorado,
we feel like natives, and I don't miss the Missouri humidity. I'm looking
forward to seeing everyone next month.
