After college and marriage, I moved to Boulder, Colorado. I lived in Boulder for several years and we had a son, Mark. I was later divorced and moved to the Denver area. I soon found myself emersed in the recycling industry; long before it was fashionable, and I have been there for 28 years. I was employed as the Director of Accounting, Colorado operation for a national recycling firm and a few years later, I was involved in a startup operation in Denver. In 1987, I moved to Phoenix to further my career. I have been the V.P. of Finance for a large Arizona firm since 1992 and I plan to end my career here. In 1999, I was blessed with a granddaughter, Bethany, and she is absolutely the light of my life. My son and his family also live in the Phoenix area. On a personal note, my passion is marine science. I spend as much time as possible on or near the ocean to enjoy and learn of the wonders of the marine life, in particular, marine mammals. I also love to travel. I recently took a RV trip throughout the continental U.S. and western Canada. I have also traveled to many other countries abroad.
