Noel Peterson - 1963 Bio & Picture from 40th Reunion 
I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education from CMSU and taught until the birth of my daughter, Jennifer. I stayed home with my three children until they were in school. During that time I discovered that my youngest had severe asthma which was out of control. I decided to substitute for the next 18 years so that I would be able to take off when I needed to be with him. That also led me to help start a local chapter of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America in Kansas City. I started as a volunteer, officer, jack-of-all-trades, but soon became the Director and have been at that position for 20 years. I am working full-time for the organization and love it. I have no plans to retire in the near future. I have been married for 34 years and have 3 children and 2 grandchildren who are adorable, of course. We live in Peculiar, MO, outside of KC and this is our retirement dream home with 3 acres of trees and flowers.
