Suanne Collier - 1963
BIO & Pictures

Suanne Collier Gage - 2003-10-08
Born: February 20, 1945

Family: My mother died in 1993 and father just had his 90th birthday and still lives in his home in Louisiana.

Favorite Teachers: Mrs. Griffith, Mrs. Morrow & Mr. Blaise

School Memories: Sock hops in junior high, Mr. Blaise talking to Civics class - "It's my way or the highway", bunking parties, riding around in Jean Ann's jeepster, wearing Don Lewis's gold track medals on a chain around my neck (there were so man I almost broke my neck!), High School Graduation Day - I remember the shock of realizing that after that day we would never all be together again.  Many of my classmates and I had been together since 1st grade.  Twelve years together and after that day we would scatter all over the country.  So, Graduation Day was both a happy day and a sad day for me.

Things I Have Done Since HS:  Graduated from William Woods College, have taught in both public and private schools, married in 1968, divorced 1 1/2 years ago, two sons, Justin 27 & Tyler 23

After marriage lived in Springfield, MO, Knoxville, TN, New Jersey, Atlanta, GA and now Charlotte, NC (all moves with my husband's company) - enjoy travel, bridge, tennis, volunteer work with Assistance League of Charlotte.

Yes I Attended the 15th Reunion and will always attend any other reunions.
