Glendel Ray “Judge”
Wagster, age 75, of Wright City, Mo., passed away peacefully Friday morning,
October 29, 2021 at Garden View Care Center of O’Fallon, Mo. with family by his
side.
Glen was retired from the Ford Motor Company and loved filling his
time with hunting, fishing, hanging out with his dog, Merle, watching westerns
and running his Karaoke Cowboy business.
He started his singing career at
an early age at Gravel Hill Church where he was an amazing singer. He played
guitar and was lead singer in a couple different country and western bands. He
cut a record with the songs “Car Plant Blues” and “One Love Wiser.” As Karaoke
Cowboy he entertained many and made countless friends.
Glen was preceded
in death by his parents Fred and Stella (Bowers) Wagster, three of his sisters
Dora Riddle, Marie Hannah, and Genevieve Blue, and one brother Gary Wendall
Wagster.
He is survived by one daughter Lisa (Wagster) Wildschuetz and
her husband Lauren of Foristell, Mo., one son Nicholas Whitman and wife Diana of
St. Peters, Mo., six grandchildren Lindsey (Wildschuetz) Neff and husband A.J.
Neff, Lacey (Wildschuetz) McKeever and her husband Matthew McKeever, Louis
Braden “Brady” Wildschuetz and his fiancee Darby Joerling, Dustin, Aiden and
Ella Whitman, two great grandchildren Abraham and Amelia Neff, five sisters
Berniece Lawrence, Janie Dover, Betty (Billy) Ezell, Eva (Vernon) Henson, and
Naoma Reaves, two brothers Ezra Wagster and Bruce (Barb) Wagster and
brother-in-law Eddie Riddle, many nieces, nephews and other relatives and
friends.
Visitation is Friday, November 5th from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm
with funeral to follow at Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home, Piggott, AR with Bro.
Gary Hancock officiating. Glen’s final resting place will be in Gravel Hill
Cemetery.
Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas is in charge
of arrangements.
