Mrs. Judy Neeley, age 74,
of Forrest City, died Saturday, December 26, 2020, at the Phil & Flo Jones
Hospice House in Jonesboro. She had been in poor health for the past year.
Mrs. Neeley was born July 13,
1946, in Piggott, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Dalton Boyd Mobley and
Eidress Morgan Mobley. She lived in St. Francis County most of her life, was a
homemaker, and a member of the New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Neeley married Darrel
Neeley in 1966, and he preceded her in death in 2008. She is survived by three
sons; Terral Neeley, and wife, Tina, of Stuttgart, Jeff Neeley, and wife, Tommie
Carol, of Cave City, and Kurt Neeley, and wife, Laura, of Somerset, Kentucky,
seven grandchildren; Taylor Neeley, and wife, Emily, Trenton Neeley, Dillon
Neeley, Sarah Neeley, Natalie Neeley, Dalton Neeley, and Liam Everett Neeley
expected in March 2021, three sisters; Betty Haley and Carla French, and
husband, Hal, all of Piggott, and Janette Duncan, and husband, Steve, of Rector,
and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. She had three grandchildren; Lauren
Neeley, Hope Neeley, and Trace Neeley, and three brothers; Larry Mobley, Weldon
Mobley, and Jim Mobley, who all preceded her in death.
Services for Mrs. Neeley will
be held at the New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church, 10:00 A.M., Thursday,
with burial in Loughridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening, 6:00
till 8:00 P.M., at the church, with Stevens Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements. Memorials are to be made to the Phil & Flo Jones Hospice House,
