She is an adrenaline junkie and enjoys bicycling, skiing (both snow and water), weight training, scuba diving, skydiving, shooting pistols and kayaking. I am an independent management consultant and professional cat sitter:) I am still living in Columbia, MO, where I have spent much of the last 30 years of my life. I garden, exercise, clean the house (I have 7 cats), and try to do some fun things like read, watch movies, write when I have time, etc.

Love to stay in touch with Classes of 1970 - 1972 so write if you get a chance!

Gene McCoy August 20, 2002

My life has been committed to my family and the ministry. I have been happily married for 27 years and have three wonderful children (all grown). I have been preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ for 27 years in MO, OH, and AR. I am also a gospel singer (solo and lead for a southern gospel quartet), presenting several concerts every year and leading in revival meetings throughout the Midwest. I am the chairman of the board at my alma mater, Central Christian College of the Bible in Moberly, MO. I am interested in learning where my High School classmates are and what they are doing.

Dewey Sprague April 18, 2012
After college, I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1980 and continue to reside here (the weather is too good to leave). My profession and personal interests have taken me to 6 continents and I continue to do some traveling internationally. Some of you may remember me as a photographer and, by coincidence, I have recently taken up photography again (after 40 years). I look forward to seeing everyone at the 40th reunion. Please drop me an e-mail if you are inclined.

Leon Sullivan January 26, 2002
Okay since my dad is wathcing T.v. and my mom is at work I (Kimberly Sullivan) am writing this. My dad is a registered RN. He is currently working at Doctors Hospital of Springfield. Whenever i can convince him to he takes us to the conservation agency and either me and him, me and my best friend, or all 40 of us saddle club members go riding. My dad broke his arm when he fell of my seven year old appy when trying to dismount at a girl scout function. My dad is the only registered girl scout with no hair. We all visit family everynow and then. We havn't been back to columbia since we moved here from Mexico Missouri. (where i grew up). If any of you guys new my dads brothers my uncle richerd is the only one with hair left. Currently we raise a few good horses and I train my babys to barrel race, pole bend, rope, pen, and even got a good racer. They are my life. My dad loves us all very much and i know he holds some good memories from highschool. As i might if i m! ake it with out being drove crazy by all the preps and drugies in my high school. Compared to the 1000 graduating class of my father our normally 70 or 80 seems anchent. Well we wish the best to all of you from the Sullivans.
Mike Rieman July 19, 2011
After graduating one semester early, at the end of 1971 (hence missing the prom and a spot in the yearbook, I studied at Columbia College for one year, then dropped out to play music full time, first as a drummer, than bassist. I moved to the town of my birth, Austin, Texas, in 1978 to continue working as a musician. I was married briefly in the early 1980s, then enrolled at the University of Texas in 1985 to pursue a journalism degree. It took 10 years, but I finally got the degree in 1995, then went back to...playing music, which I have continued to this day, around Texas, the U.S. and Europe, entertaining royalty and riff-raff alike. I've kept friendships alive, albeit long distance, with several of my old fellow Kewps, namely Jimmy Steffan, Steve Robertson, Vaughn Kaser, Cindy Hudson (now Ann Scott) Alan Shinn, Bill Watkins, Sally Bass (Witkowski) etc. I've left out many but would enjoy hearing from everyone.
Jim Russell January 25, 2003

Moved to Columbia in 1967 attended West Jr High and then Hickman, graduating in 1972. Most of you would remember me as the one always on stage (I was student chair for lights and sound) and always in the halway with some sort of A/V equipment.  After graduation I went to work for the school system as an electronic tech servicing all the A/V equipment for the system. After three and half years there I was hired on to 3M and have been there for 28 years. I got married in 1978 and have one son who is also as of 2002 a Kewpie Alum. Around 1986 I deceided I should get some more education so I enrolled in Columbia College and in 1998 graduated with a BS in CIS (computer information systems). I am working part time at the Hearns Ctr as an usher and very activie in my church.
Roy Williamson June 14, 2004

Life has been good since graduation.  Left Columbia and joined the Navy with Marc Tapia.  After getting out I went to the University of Minnesota and got double bachelor degrees in Mortuary Science and Business Administration.  I then decided I would prefer the travel industry and I have been in that since 1981.  Worked for Pan Am Airlines in Miami Florida, Maupintor in Lawrence Kansas and AAA in both St. Petersburg Florida and Cheyenne Wyoming.  I enjoy traveling and have been to 282 countries with some wonderful memories.  I now raise Boston Terriers and Pugs along with my partner David.  We are both involved very much in our Presbyterian church.  I am an elder and David plays the piano from time to time.  God has been very gracious to us and has granted us both with great health and supportive families and friends.  I hope some of my old classmates will get to meet David at the next reunion.
